About the Subscription
Your subscription renews on the same day of the month that you initially purchased your subscription.
By signing up you acknowledge this is a recurring subscription until you cancel.
If you sign up by the 19th of the month, you will receive the next month’s letter. Ex. If you sign up by March 19, you will receive Aprils letter. If you sign up on March 20th, you will be part of the next letter cycle and your first letter will arrive in May!
You can cancel your subscription at any time! If you cancel after a letter has been mailed, that month is non-refundable.
If you have moved and need to alter your shipping address - please cancel your subscription and re-subscribe with the correct address.
Shipping
These letters are mailed via stamp, therefore no tracking is available!
Letters will ship the first week of the month!
USPS shipping can take up to 14 business days domestically and up to 21 days internationally! If you think your letter has been lost, please reach out!
International
These letters are mailed via stamp, therefore no tracking is available! Sending letters as true snail mail via letters allows me to affordable ship internationally.
USPS shipping internationally is variable and can take up to four weeks. If your letter does not arrive in 4 weeks, please reach out!
